Chapter 3: Change Management for Collaborative Instruction (Instructional Leader)

In this course, instructional leaders will identify the key leadership actions required to drive change toward a more collaborative learning environment that benefits all students. They will explore the phases of leading and implementing co-teaching best practices, including how to prepare for the change, and develop a plan to effectively communicate and implement this vision with staff.

This course is designed for instructional leaders of PK-12 schools; however, all learners are welcome.
