Circle of Relationships Map

A circle of support involves a group of people coming together to help formulate, promote, and support the goals of a person with a disability. The circle acts as a community of friendship and support around the person with a disability at the center. It is a means of providing practical advice, solving problems, and generating creative ideas to contribute positively to a person’s life. This circle of relationships mapping tool can help to identify people in the student’s life that can be called upon to provide support and guidance.
